THERAPEUTIC MENTORING & HOLISITIC WORKSHOPS

We prioritise the personal growth of each young person, often working with young people as young as 10 years old (Year 5) to support in their personal development. Nurturing their minds to believe and achieve to help them see their full potential and become confident, capable individuals.

We have helped bridge the gap between NHS waiting times for CAMHS so young people feel seen heard and valued, having someone to talk at school for anxiety, significant life events or reintegration to school to support self esteem, confidence and healthy lifestyle choices.
